We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist.
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for all of the recruitment process. Beginning with locating top talent candidates,using sourcing methods,introducing candidates to our company and guiding them through the hiring process.
At this position you will work alongside hiring managers across the organization to identify exceptional talent while also owning recruitment related projects such as Employer Branding, Academic Relations, meetups and many more.
In order to succeed in this position you will need to be enthusiastic, willing to learn, initiative and independent.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer
Source candidates from top talent pools using a variety of innovative strategies
Source and manage outside vendors to assist in the achievement of hiring goals
Manage job postings on a variety of online platforms
Use analytics to inform recruiting goals and methods
Develop and improve Istra’s hiring process from job posting through offer letter
Occasional support of the team on various HR issues
Bachelor’s degree from a well known academic institute in a relevant field
At least 3 years of experience recruiting for tech positions, using creative methods
“Full cycle” recruiting skills: sourcing, screening resumes, conducting phone and F2F interviews, reference checks etc.
Using social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) for proactive sourcing and for advertising jobs
